なんでこんなに体罰問題が取り上げられてるのか知らないですけど、学校で教員が生徒に体罰を行う事は学校教育法という法律で禁止されていて、例えば殴ったり蹴ったり、長時間立たせたり正座させたりするのは完全な違法行為ですよ。体罰を行った事が事実であれば裁判で有罪判決が出ることもありますよ。

僕達はサルじゃない！違法行為の体罰なんて絶対に必要ない。 体罰でしか忍耐力のある大人を育てられないなら、そんな忍耐力を強いる社会がおかしいか、教育者が未熟かのどちらか。今いる子供達と生まれてくる子供達が体罰の無い教育を受け、体罰の無い社会で、毎日笑って暮らせる未来が来ますように。
