completion-ignore-case が効かないよ

emacs のファイル名補完で、大文字と小文字の区別を無くすために

(setq completion-ignore-case t)

としても、これは古い emacs21 あたりの設定らしく、emacs 22,23,24では効か
ないみたいー。

(setq read-buffer-completion-ignore-case t)
(setq read-file-name-completion-ignore-case t)

で解決
