Auto-Install ERROR: Compiled file '/home/user/.emacs.d/auto-install/package-install.el' failed.

ELPA がインストールできない

$ emacs

M-x install-elisp http://tromey.com/elpa/package-install.el
C-c C-c

とすると以下のような Error が発生する。
なにかコネクトしているのかなあ。
init.el にも何も書きこまれていないし。
